Pascal is CEO of Alerts.com, a provider of online notification services. Prior to founding Alerts.com, Pascal was CEO and Co-Founder of ITNetworks™, a web platform specializing in Connecting IT Buyers and Sellers Worldwide. He brings more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international operations and marketing to his role as the company's CEO. Prior to ITNetworks, Pascal held various executive positions at technology companies including Microsoft, where he served as the Worldwide Government Managing Director, Gravitate, a provider of wireless location based services where he held the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing, and ShopNow.com (SPNW)/ Network Commerce's as VP of Corporate Marketing. Before his venture into high tech, Pascal was Worldwide Vice President of Marketing for Cobra Golf, Inc. where he helped transform the company from a niche player to a company that appealed to mainstream audiences, which paved the way to a $750 million acquisition by Fortune Brands. Pascal started his career in the United States at Taylor Made Golf Company where he introduced the renowned Burner Bubble, which propelled the company to a new status in the industry. Pascal earned an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in International Business from EPSCI, France.

Brad Hefta-Gaub, is a 19 year veteran of online media technology development and business management. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Konamoxt, Inc., whose flagship product, Sweat365.com, is the fastest growing online community and blog network for fitness experts and enthusiast. Prior to Konamoxt, Inc., he served as SVP Media Operations at Revenue Science (3yrs), with P&L responsibility for a profitable business line that included guiding strategic media partnerships with AOL, The Financial Times, Reuters and other leading internet brands. He also served as CTO and SVP of Engineering leading the development and operations of Revenue Science's highly scalable behavioral targeting platform. Prior to Revenue Science, Mr. Hefta-Gaub was Vice President of Software Products at RealNetworks, Inc. (8yrs). During his tenure he was responsible for the design and development of the RealSystem media platform, RealAudio, and RealVideo, and management of product development for RealNetworks' more than $100m/year Media Systems Division. Mr. Hefta-Gaub holds a number of patents and patents pending in online media, digital rights management, online advertising, and user generated content publishing. Mr. Hefta-Gaub earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

Daniel Hoffer founded his first online community in 1990, when he ran an online Bulletin Board System (BBS) and created a statewide educational program in Massachusetts to connect physically disabled patients with elementary and high school students online. Since then, Daniel has worked full-time as a management consultant, in corporate strategy at NEC Corporation, in marketing at Siebel Systems, and in product management at Symantec. Daniel is also Founder and Chairman of CouchSurfing.com, a market-leading social network for travelers with over a million members in 230 countries.

Daniel has appeared on the cover of Inc. Magazine and been featured on the front page of the Boston Globe, as well as on ABC Nightline, NBC News, National Public Radio, BBC, and in the New York Times and Time Magazine. He has also been a guest lecturer at Harvard Law School, Columbia Business School, the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, UCLA Anderson School of Business, and MacWorld Expo. Daniel serves or has served on the Board of Directors of CouchSurfing International, the American Jewish Committee, the Association for Strategic Planning, the Harvard Club of Silicon Valley, and on the Advisory Boards of Tangerine Wellness and Inner Circle Logistics.

Daniel received a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
